How we built it
We split the floor into three phases with temporary dust walls and moved staff once, not three times. Ductwork was re-zoned phase by phase so no one sat under a dead diffuser for a month.

What it became
Delivered in three phases over nineteen weeks with no lost working days, and a floorplate that now holds sixty people comfortably.
