Commercial Interior Finishing Contractor — Brampton & GTA
Partitions, ceilings, flooring, paint and glazing — the part customers judge you on.
The short version
Finishing is where a build either reads as expensive or reads as cheap, and it is all in details nobody can name — a straight reveal, a level floor, a door that closes without a shove. We do commercial interior finishing across the GTA, as part of a full fit-out or as a standalone package for another builder’s shell.
Based in Brampton, working across the GTA and the rest of Ontario. One contract, one schedule, one crew accountable for the result.

Why bring us in
What you get that you might not elsewhere
We prep before we finish
Most finishing failures are substrate failures. Floors get levelled and moisture-tested, walls get skimmed properly, and wet areas get a real waterproofing system rather than tile over board. Nobody sees any of it, and everybody sees the result.
Detailed for the lighting it will live under
Grazing light across a wall is unforgiving. We choose the drywall finish level against the lighting design rather than defaulting to whatever is quickest, because a Level 4 wall under a wall-washer looks like a mistake.
Clean sites, protected work
Finished surfaces get protected until handover, and the site gets cleaned daily. Scratched flooring on opening day is a completely avoidable way to lose a client’s trust.
How it runs
From first walk-through to keys
Same sequence every time, so you always know what happens next.
- Step 01
Finish schedule and samples
We lock the finish schedule room by room and put physical samples in front of you under representative light before anything is ordered.
- Step 02
Substrate first
Framing corrected, walls skimmed, floors ground and levelled, moisture tested, waterproofing installed and flood-tested where it matters.
- Step 03
Sequence to protect the work
Ceilings and paint before flooring, flooring before millwork install, protection down and staying down. Getting the order wrong is what causes touch-ups that never quite disappear.
- Step 04
Walk it and close it
We walk the space with you under the final lighting, mark deficiencies honestly, and close them before handover rather than negotiating them afterwards.
Questions
Answered honestly
If the honest answer is “it depends”, we tell you what it depends on.
Do you take on finishing work for another contractor’s project?
Yes — finishing packages for builders, landlords and property managers are regular work for us. We will need the drawings, the finish schedule and a realistic idea of what condition the substrate is actually in, because pricing a finish package off an optimistic description helps nobody.
How long does finishing take on a typical unit?
On most commercial fit-outs finishing occupies the last few weeks of the schedule, but it is heavily dependent on drying and curing times that cannot be compressed — levelling compound, waterproofing, paint recoats and tile setting all take what they take. Rushing those is exactly how a floor fails in year two.
What flooring should I use in a commercial space?
It depends on water, traffic and how it gets cleaned. Sheet vinyl with welded seams and coved bases is hard to beat in wet or clinical areas; luxury vinyl plank handles heavy retail traffic and can be replaced in sections; porcelain wins on durability and loses on subfloor tolerance and cost. We will tell you which one we would install in our own space and why.
Can you match the finishes in our other location?
Usually, and it is far easier if you have the original specification or as-builts. Where a product has been discontinued we source the closest current equivalent and put a sample in your hands before ordering. Matching is mostly discipline with details — heights, reveals, hardware — not a search for one magic product.
